외국계식음료대기업 Recruiter 채용 (1년 파견계약직)

 * 주업무

Recruitment & Selection
-Manages headcount planning and execute full life cycle
-Manages the use of headhunters and vendors
-Ensures that the recruitment and hiring process complies with company policies and procedures and with local, state and federal employment laws and regulations. Deliver prompt follow up and feedback to candidates in the interview process.
- Build a network with relevant industry, professional, or other groups to create a pipeline of talent.
- Develop recruiting strategy for college and industry trade shows.
- HR announcement and notices
- Recruitment manage (including coffee specialist)
- Employer branding activities (eg. Job fairs)
- Manage employee induction program
- Employee probation, contract renewal, exit process
- Job description management

 HR Data/Reports
- HR recruiting master data maintenance
- Recruiting & Talent KPIs and data management/ report
- HR reporting and dashboard

 HR Admin and Information
- Support HR Managers to ensure documentation is completed acurately and on time
- Build calendar and attend relevant events

* 1년 파견계약직 (현재로서는 연장 및 전환 가능성 없음)

* 커피머신관련 대기업

* 매장들 Staff 및 내부직원 채용 업무가 있기 때문에 소비재, 외국계기업 경력자를 선호합니다.
