[직무]

- Manage the LATAM territory to achieve the sales targets

- Develop the potential distributors and manage curent partners

within territory

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and professional

selling skills

[상세직무]

- Sales Management in LATAM region

Responsible for managing sales, AR(account receivable),

business partners and achieving financial objectives for

assigned products within territory

Assist in the development and implementation of strategic

sales plans

Market Share expansion through new partners/distributors

development and managing the existing partners/customers

Develop the territory business plan which identify

opportunities within current customer base and help

formulate sales strategies in conjunction with Global Business

team leader and Head of Global Business Division

- Marketing Support

Ability to teach and educate medical personnel regarding

product features and benefits

Plan and organize the exhibition/seminar/training programs in

territory

Develop the detail aids and promotional meterials in territory

[우대요건]

A fluent Spanish speaker

- Effective communication skills for internal and external

customers

- Understanding and knowledge about pharmaceutical and

medical aesthetics industry in LATAM

- Analytical thinking and innovation

- Active learning and learning strategies

- Complex problem-solving and ideation
