반도체 Etching Process Integration Engineer (대리,과장급)

This position is responsible for etch process for technology development. Establish competitive etch unit process with manufacturing capability and productivity for power products.

Role & Responsibility 

. Develops unit process formulation and best conditions.

. Solve a chronic unit process problem

. Optimize the process conditions  to stable

. Improve process quality and control Cp/Cpk

. Collaborate with integration, design, and production 

Qualification & Requirement

. B.A, M.A or equivalent training of related experience

. Understanding of semiconductor fabrication process and device physics

. Problem solving and troubleshooting skills

. Creative thinking and analytical skills

. Oral and written communication skills in English

. Statistics and DOE understanding

. Must have trench etch experience
