[Summary]
1) Responsible for monitoring status of the environmental health and safety system and its compliance
2) Support EHS&S manager for accomplishing company’s aims relative to environmental, health and safety outcomes

[Responsibilities]
1) The development, planning and implementation of environmental, health and safety policies and procedures within the company.
2) Monitoring good working status of pollution prevention devices and waste water discharge system
3) Report to regulatory bodies such as Ministry of Environment and provincial government as required
4) Escort and guide government inspectors and auditors on behalf of EHS&S manager in case of absence of the EHS&S manager on the site
5) Manage waste disposal process in the facility and update amount waste disposal through “Albaro” system.
6) Monitor local regulatory change and conduct impact assessment on the site in case of absence of the EHS&S manager on the site 
7) Communicate with outside consultants or agencies for smooth conducting EHS projects
8) Report monthly EHS status to the Janssen global in case of absence of the EHS manager on the site
9) Provide EHS&S training to the employee as required on behalf of the EHS&S manager.
10) Monitor and ensure necessary EHS activities practiced on time.
11) Monitor EHS&S risk and impact review for new/changed materials, equipment or process are conducting on time 
12) Monitor and follow up EHS CAPA 
13) Conduct EHS&S tasks as required by EHS&S manager


[Requirements]
1) Working knowledge and experience on EHS management system and compliance management
2) Working knowledge for air, waste and wastewater management procedure required by government regulation.
3) Good communication skill and interpersonal skills working with leaders and co- workers s and employees.
4) Good communication skill to correspond to authorities and stakeholders
5) Oriented performance and result driven with sense of urgency
6) Industrial safety certificate required (산업안전기사/산업기사 선호)
7) Environment related certificate preferred (환경관련 자격증 필수)
8) Full competency in local languages and a working knowledge of English
