1. Sales Rep_Critical & Chronic Care Division
Job Summary :
We are looking for sales representative to manage and lead health care business to make big growth and rapid
market expansion as strategical business in 3M Korea. If you are looking for a career in an open, creative, passionate
environment and would like to participate in creating something new
Primary responsibilities as sales rep include but are not limited to the following:
* Main products : critical & chronic care products
* Introduce & explain about 3M solutions with customer
* Collaborate with other functional team( technical engineer, marketer)
* Gather & offer market information to another jobs
* Channel management to supply our products to customer
Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree is generally required. (Major in Engineering)
* Good communication skill
* Ability to communicate in written & spoken English
Preferred Qualifications:
* 2-4 years of sales or marketing experience in medical device market & health care business

2. Sales Rep_Oral Care Solution
Job Summary :
Primary responsibilities as sales rep include but are not limited to the following:
* 치과 교정 제품 시장에서의 책임감 있고 전문성 있는 영업 활동
* 치과 교정 제품 시장에서의 영업 Coverage를 늘리기 위한 자발적인 프로그램 기획 및 수행
* 주요 고객과의 긴밀한 관계 유지
* 교정치과에서의 영업 기회 발굴을 위한 고객 방문 및 관리
Qualifications:
* 학사 학위 소지자 우대
* 관련 업계에서의 3-5년 경력 소지자
* 내,외부 고객과 원활한 의사소통이 가능한 자
* 데이터 분석 및 효율적인 숫자 관리가 가능한 자

3. Professional Service_Infection Prevention Division
Job Summary :
* Customer training and education program execution
* Key opinion leader management
* 3M Employee and Distributor sales rep training
* Both doctor and nurse level relationship buildup
Qualifications:
* Field experience: More than 10 years and Operating Room Nurse is preferred
* Good communication skills with cross-functional group/teams and customers
* English communication skills in speaking and writing
* Master degree is preferred
