Senior Manager – Marketing (Chinese Speaker)

Membership & Product Development

The main scope of this team will be to work with sales and planning to develop unique products comprising of various parts of our integrated resort so that Sales team can push this into the various markets

The candidate will need to understand our competitors’ products and come up with creative ideas on new products. He/ she will also need to work with the rest of the business units in order to ensure the right pricing, right marketing is done and consumer journey is smooth.

This person must have done product development in integrated resort before (s bundling is an important role). This person must also be able to speak both English and Mandarin as they will need to work with the china team very closely.

[Job Responsibilities]
Competitor Analysis

Create exciting products and packages to target different segments

Support sales in revenue

Create marketing plan for all new products

Work with Bus on fulfillment plan

[Qualification]

Prior experience in product development for integrated resorts

At least 10 years experience in Marketing field

Leadership & Communication skills

Can speak English & Mandarin

Relocate to Korea, JEJU
