[Sales chain management]
-
Manage the logistic providers like tank lorry, truck and others.
- Take up, review logistic cost, considering efficient and reasonable
operation with logistic providers
[Purchase chain management]
- Communicate with suppliers for arranging shipment, the schedule,
delivery, planning and others
- Control and handle the shipment, logistics, CY, customs, inland
transportation and warehouse.
- Lead the proper import clearance following customs law
- Handle the process for banking to cover L/C and other required
affairs.
[Inventory management]
- Manage the inventory of all products and control in suitable level,
considering used-up.
- Check the quantity of incoming and outgoing cargos, and record it
on ERP
[Regulatory compliance]
- Compliance and professional execution of K-REACH, Chemical
Control Act, narcotic substance control, Chemical substance
management & registration, Hazardous chemical management and
other chemical regulations.
- Ensure proper compliance to the regulation & customs act for
custom clearance.
- Manage and report the follow up for the required regulatory
compliance.
- Maintain the sales and supply chain management to comply with
ERP management, company regulatory and credit limit provided by
coface.
