1. Sales Rep_Automotive Electrification

Job Summary :
We are currently seeking to fill the position of Sales Representative for Automotive Electrification as following
Responsibilities, Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Primary responsibilities as sales rep include but are not limited to the following:
*Leads Sales Project and New Application Development on Auto-Electrification
* Develop Business opportunity on Auto-Electrification from market insight
* Find the New product development opportunity from customer
* Develops Key Account business plan related to Auto-Electrification and implement its strategy
* Closely work with cross-functional teams / cross-divisions to execute successful AE programs
* Develops and manage Key Account Relationship at the assigned customer(s).

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering
* Minimum 2 years of Automotive or Automotive Electrification related Industry
* English communication skills in oral and written capacity
* Communication skills with local/global teams
* Market relevance Mind set and good with customers
* Strong Interests / Learning behavior / Team collaboration spirit

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering
* Working Experience in Automotive Industries
* Working Experience in Global Company related to Automotive Electrification

2. Application Engineer_Automotive Electrification

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Leads spec-in activity with existing 3M product and new products to KOEM and Key Tiers
* Implements customer visit and technical engagement for developing new application
* Delivers technical & product values for customer success
* Supports technical solution for solving technical barriers on automotive electrification

Basic Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in polymer engineering / Material engineering
* 3~5years experience of Automotive or Automotive Electrification related industry including KOEM and Key Tiers
* English communication skill for Global communication in oral and written English
* High priority mind to Business growth & Customer relevance
* Strong team play mind

Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Polymer engineering / Material engineering
* Experience in automotive or electric vehicle related business
* English communication
