[Responsibilities]
1) Supervise the manufacturing systems according to EHSS/GMP requirements.
2) Educate and train manufacturing employees on quality, safety, environmental and production procedures.
3) Exercise direct supervision over formulation process with respect to meeting production schedules, delivery dates and overseeing all aspects of performance management.
4) Foster a team environment within the departments and throughout the area value chains.
5) Build interdependent partnering relationships that facilitate the accomplishment of Operations goals/objectives.
6) Apply team-building basics/fundamentals that result in accomplishment of departmental goals and objectives.
7) Apply basic project management skills to complete assigned projects effectively and consistently meet challenging schedules.
8) Apply conflict resolution skills to facilitate effective employee/supervisor relations.
9) Insure timely and quality delivery to both internal and external customers.
10) Use sound root cause investigation to address quality and safety issues.
11) Develop effective corrective actions for non-conformance issues identified by the quality system (Trackwise).


[Requirements]
1) A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required. Pharmacy, chemistry, biology a degree is preferred.
2) Experience working in pharma industry at least 3 years. 
3) Knowledgeable in capacity planning and lean manufacturing technologies highly desired. 
4) Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required. 
5) Lean & 6 Sigma trainings/certifications are highly desirable.
6) Must be available to work shift working. 
7) Fluent English is preferred.
8) A pharmacist is preferred.
