◆ Position Title : ADC (당뇨사업부) Marketing Associates

@ Sales Admin/ Finance Support Role
 - Order Management: Distributor Order Entry into BPCS (Business Planning and Control System)
 - Managing monthly sales data and generating analysis reports upon the manager request
 - Report at monthly basis –DOH, Finance team requested report
 - PO/SRO Communication, Inventory Management with regional supply team and local ADDwarehouse team
 - Purchase Requisition Management
 - System management for Customer Code / List Price / Item Master (T/P) Maintenance/3PP process
 - No Charge Product/Sample manage/ Employee Sales Management
 - Ecount ERP sales system manage & report / distributors communication for sell out data , SN tracking
 - Finance Process/Payment related: Support and keep Document, Proposal, Incentive payment request,communication, Commission documenting process,Documenting marketing Budget, Accrual etc.
 - Secretary: Meeting schedule & venue, transportation arrangement

@ Assist Marketing /QA RA Role
 - Assist Product management for new product launch and promotion
 - Marketing data management upon the managers’ request e.g. market data, competitor’s information
 - Assist Customer Event / Internal Event Support
 - Support Marketing Materials & tools development
 - Assist marketing communication with Key assiciaitons, Patients groups
 - Assist Web site maintenance
 - Communication with Outsourced C/S upon the managers direction
 - Assist Product Training for customers and sales
 - Assist RA : communication with vendors, regulatory colleagues
 - Assist QA: Initial required documenting to comply KFDA, global QA requirement
 - Assist Internal / External Audit Preparation


◆ 자격요건
- 2년 sales admin이나 marketing 경력자
- 영어 가능자
- Excellent understanding of environment relating to the healthcare industry
- Prefer Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university is preferred


◆ 근무조건
- 근무지 : 삼성역 3번출구 부근 애보트 본사
- 근무시간 : 09시 ~ 18시
- 급여 : 연 2400만 이상 / 경력에 따른 협의
- 복리후생 : 주5일 근무, 4대보험, 경조사비 지급, 명절선물
