공통자격요건
ㅇ 국가공무원법 제33조의 규정에 의한 결격 사유가 없는 자
제33조 (결격사유) 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 임용될 수 없다.
   1. 피성년후견인 또는 피한정후견인
   2. 파산선고를 받고 복권되지 아니한 자
   3. 금고 이상의 실형을 선고받고 그 집행이 종료되거나 집행을 받지 아니하기로 확정된 후 5년이
      지나지 아니한 자
   4. 금고 이상의 형을 선고받고 그 집행유예 기간이 끝난 날부터 2년이 지나지 아니한 자
   5. 금고 이상의 형의 선고유예를 받은 경우에 그 선고유예 기간 중에 있는 자
   6. 법원의 판결 또는 다른 법률에 따라 자격이 상실되거나 정지된 자
   6의2. 공무원으로 재직기간 중 직무와 관련하여 「형법」 제355조 및 제356조에 규정된 죄를 범한 자로서
          300만원 이상의 벌금형을 선고받고 그 형이 확정된 후 2년이 지나지 아니한 자
   6의3. 「형법」 제303조 또는 「성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법」 제10조에 규정된 죄를 범한

ㅇNurse
Reports to: Direct of Business and Administration
Supervised by: Head Nurse

Nurse’s role is responsible for supporting the Medical Centre team in the delivery of nursing care to the students & staff and promotion of good health amongst all students.

Roles & Responsibilities:
ž - Provide day to day healthcare to students and staff, assess and treat all accidents, injuries and illness
   and refer students to the appropriate medical facility for emergency/further treatment that may be
   necessary
ž - Provide health counseling to students and staff, and refer for appropriate medical follow-ups
ž - Communicate with students, parents and teachers on medical matters and assess and advise relative
   parties with information received
ž - Provide training and advice for teachers and other staff on specific health needs and other medical
   conditions as required
ž - Assures that school health policies comply the local regulations
ž - Promote environmental health and safety for staff and students
ž - Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

Skills & Qualification:
Required
ž - Bachelor’s degree
ž - Valid nursing license required
ž - Working experience in medical or health related environment required
ž - Willing to work in night shift
ž - Fluency in both English and Korean language
ž - Competent in MS Excel and Word
ž - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
ㅇProcurement Assistant
Reports to: Director of Business and Administration
Supervised by: Procurement Officer

Procurement Assistant’s role is to support Procurement Officer with day-to-day procurement needs of
the school.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  - Assist Procurement Officer with day-to-day procurement related activities such as order purchasing,
    inspections, documentations, and related tasks.
ž - Liaise with staff/faculty and vendors to support school’s regular purchasing needs.
ž - Support vendor selection process, such as bidding, in compliance with school regulations.
ž - Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

Skills & Qualification

ž - Bachelor degree qualification
ž - Fluency in both Korean and English written and verbal
ž - Exceptional time management/organizational skills
ž - Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Desired

ㅇDP/University counseling assistant
Reports to: Deputy Principal
Supervised by: DP Coordinator & University Counsellor

DP/University Counsellor Assistant’s role is to support DP Coordinator and University Counsellor by
completing assigned routine and non-routine tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities:
ž - Assist IB DP coordinator with various IB related tasks such as student registration, administering
   exams, organize regrades, communicating with parents regarding IB results and any other queries.
ž - Liaise with related department for IB billing matters and purchasing of IB resources.
ž - Compile, store and communicate students’ academic transcripts
ž - Support with administration of students’ transfer to post-secondary education which includes
   preparing student files, delivering/receiving university mails on behalf of students.
ž - Assist in the administration of students’ academic choices from Grade 10 and 11, and in entering the
   school
ž - Provide support with university visits and other school events.
ž - Assist with translation – emails, documents, newsletter, parent meetings, etc.
ž - Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

ㅇAdministrative and accounting assistant
Reports to: Director of Business and Administration
Supervised by: Accounting Manager

The Administration & Accounting Assistant’s role is to assist finance, accounting and administration
functions as well as assist with school activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  - Assist in financial reporting, developing and maintaining asset registers for the school
  - Assist in collecting tuition fee from parents, make refund documents, chase for outstanding tuition
    fees
  - Handle response/queries from parents via email and phone
  - Manage school activity & donation bank account.
  - Liaise with parents for late payment of excursion fees/ charges
  - Deposit amount report for student activity and donation and process refunds for activities
  - Liaise with Athletics department as required to support all KISAC events
  - Other duties as requested by the Director of Business and Administration

ㅇJunior School Receptionist
Reports to: Head of Junior School
Supervised by: Head of Junior School

Junior School Receptionist’s role is to contribute to the smooth operation of the school by providing
executive support to the Head of the Junior School by completing assigned routine and non-routine tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities:
ž - Answer telephone for the purpose of screening calls, transferring calls, responding to inquiries and/or
   taking messages.
ž - Greet individuals entering the building for the purpose of responding to inquiries; and/or directing
   individuals to appropriate location in accordance with established building security procedures
ž - Maintain building information such as use schedules, staff directories, emergency contacts, etc., for the
   purpose of providing reference information and handling the delivered items/mails under junior
   school address.
ž - Support the Head of Junior School through managing schedules, meetings, and communications by
   liaising with faculty, staff, parents, students, government agencies and school visitors.
ž - Support with Junior School communications (both internal and external) such as preparing and
   sending out newsletter, notices, letters/text messages to parents, etc.
ž - Provide support for Junior School function and events.
ž - Translation support – emails, documents, parent meetings, outside agencies, etc.
ž - Assist in all matters of school as requested by the Head of Junior School.

ㅇHR Assistant
Reports to: Director of Business and Administration
Supervised by: HR Manager

The HR Assistant’s role is to assist the HR team with the entire spectrum of human resources functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  - Assist with recruitment and selection, relocation, and onboarding of employees.
  - Handle employee benefit such as leaves, training, health insurance, travel, etc.
  - Manage payroll and related tasks such as Korean social security schemes, monthly. withholding tax,
    year-end tax settlement, etc.
  - Assist with day to day operation of the HR department.
  - Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Skills & Qualification:
Required
  - Bachelor degree qualification
  - Fluency in both Korean and English written and verbal
  - Exceptional time management/organizational skills
  - Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
