Role & Responsibilities:
- Set-up and maintain the ERP systems
- Oversee all accounting functions and reporting in K-IFRS, HK-IFRS, US-GAAP as required
- Manage corporate treasury process
- Tax planning, compliance with corporate tax regulations, and tax risk management
- Prepare external audits
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge in IFRS with 5+ year experience in big 4 Accounting Firm, and conversion experience to US-GAAP preferable
- Field Experience with 1+ years in the field of real estate/construction or other related industry for finance, tax and accounting
- KICPA or AICPA preferred
- Experience in a start-up environment, setting up accounting systems and internal control system over financial reporting
- Experience working in the Korean subsidiary of a western multi-national company, liaising with its Headquarters
- Good communications skills; fluent in both English and Korean, spoken and written
- Prefer someone who is flexible to be relocated to Incheon
