Position Overview :
As a Sales Representative at Hutom, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and market expansion by promoting and selling our innovative surgical platform to target surgeons and
hospitals. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers,
identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a motivated
and results-oriented individual with a strong sales background and a passion for making a positive
impact in healthcare.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Sales Strategy :
Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and market share
objectives. Identify key customers, market segments, and growth opportunities to maximize sales
potential.
 
Customer Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with target surgeons, influencers, and hospital stakeholders.
Understand customer needs, challenges, and priorities to tailor solutions and drive customer
satisfaction.
 
Product Promotion :
Promote and demonstrate our surgical platform to healthcare professionals, including surgeons,
physicians, nurses, and administrators. Provide product training and education to customers to
ensure proper utilization and maximize value.
 
Lead Generation :
Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking,
and other sales techniques. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to expand the
customer base and pipeline.
 
Sales Presentations :
Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and clinical value of our products. Effectively communicate product differentiation and competitive advantages to win customer confidence and preference.
 
Sales Cycle Management :
Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Follow up on leads, conduct product evaluations, negotiate terms and conditions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
 
Market Intelligence :
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to medical devices, software platform and healthcare technologies. Provide feedback and insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales tactics.
 
Sales Reporting :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities. Generate sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets and goals.
 
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PM, RA, and MA, to inform the voice of customers and field activities. Proactively engage with various promotional events initiated by marketing team.
 
Regulatory Compliance :
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards for medical devices. Uphold the highest standards of quality and integrity within the team.
 
Qualifications :
ㆍBachelor's degree
ㆍMinimum of 2-6 years of experience in medical device sales
ㆍProven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
ㆍStrong understanding of medical device industry dynamics, clinical workflows, and regulatory
   requirements.
ㆍEntrepreneurial spirit and passion for contributing to the success of a growing startup company.
ㆍAdaptability and willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
ㆍExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
ㆍResults-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and value creation.
ㆍAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced
   environment.
ㆍDeep understanding of operation room settings in teaching hospitals
ㆍBusiness communication in English

ㆍ근무형태 : 정규직(수습기간)-6개월
ㆍ근무일시 : 주 5일(월~금) 자율출퇴근(Core Time : 10시~16시)
ㆍ급여 : 면접후 결정
