Main Purpose

* Ensure customer orders are done properly and on time, and places materials in order to meet order demand and utilize inventories in the most efficient manner. 

* Generate financial reports and update sales / financial forecast tools regularly

Key tasks and responsibilities

* Ensure orders are handled properly and processed in a timely manner

* Review and monitor product inventories to meet order demand and utilize inventories efficiently

* Provide regular base financial report to Commercial team. From the reports, Distribution channel manager advises commercial team on direction to maximize sales and reduce inventory

* Internal financial reporting and updating forecasting tools as well as annual sales budget process

* Support sales order operation key channel partners 

Qualification

* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 

* 6 or more in sales/customer service/agriculture business 

* 4 years of work experience in accounting and finance in other companies

* Communication in English

* Customer focus and managing complexity
