Division : Business Analytics, Strategy & Effectiveness BU
Work location : Seoul
Main Responsibility:
Co-ordinate Business Planning in the assigned therapeutic areas or business units by applying various analytic projects such as pts-build model, forecasting, segmentation and targeting, brand portfolio management, etc.
Act as a key strategic partner and a project initiator for relevant brand teams to derive their Marketing Excellence competencies in the Brand Plan process and others
Co-ordinate various business analytic activities by identifying business and organization needs and providing timely and comprehensive solutions to address the needs. Analytic activities may involve, but not limited to, global/ regional/ local market research and/or project initiatives.
Provide appropriate data/analysis to help business unit assess its performance on a regular basis and take corrective actions when necessary.
Collaborate with both internal & external key stakeholders to ensure timely collection and dissemination of competitor information/ competitive intelligence on key products, disease areas and critical issues in the industry.
Manage vendor relationship to optimize the quality, service and the value of outsourced works Requirements:
Bachelors or above degree
Minimum 9 years experience and backgrounded in pharmaceutical business is preferred.
Pharmaceutical marketing experience is an advantage and most preferably in business analytics
Experience of business analysis utilizing the following data - treatment/usage patterns with market research data, brand equity research data based on customers perceptions, syndicated sales & marketing data and longitudinal pts-level data.
Understanding of the market dynamics, regulations, and competitive environment of pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of products and relevant therapeutic areas
Agile Mindset
Very good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
