Quality Assurance Specialist
[과장급] |
- Experienced in quality control process of industrial/automotive
(minimum 5 years)
- Bachelor degree of industrial engineering and/or equivalent
experience
- 6 Sigma GB is preferred
- Certified quality management engineer
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Person who trained for Lean, TPS(Toyota Production System)
- Knowledgeable in computer skills as MS-Office.
- Experienced in problem solving methods and failure analysis
- Experienced in APQP |

Job Responsibilities |
|
|
|
|
▶ Internal Quality control
- Review inspection of purchasing and Manufacturing product
- Review Report for 4M change
- Coordinates with customers and suppliers relating to quality performance, corrective action
- Verify quality of product include new project
- Quality response for industrial parts
- Quality response for automotive parts
▶ Purchased material approval
- Review PPAP & ISIR
- Review FMEA, C/Plan
▶ QMS contol
- Implement manufacturing process audit
- Review Target for Quality Index
- Maintenance the ISO , IATF 16949, Lean system
- Manage quality level up activities for High-level defects
- Management for HMC quality 5star
- Management for CAR tracking board
- Review and conference for PPAP
- Management of RPPM

- KGS(Korea Gas Safety Corporation)

- Review claim for quality failure
