- Issue Handling – Media Events, Divested Businesses, Retiree Benefit Changes
- Manage Privacy Notification Requests
- Provide Corporate Directory Assistance for DuPont
- Maintain Salesforce.com Solutions
- Route Medical Incidents
- Handle SDS Requests
- Handle Sample Requests
- Sales Support Tasks
• Document customer inquiries in appropriate CRM application for business purposes and
to count towards monthly metrics.
• Maintain daily contact with product stewards, technical service, REACH leader,
and (global) DuPont employees in support of resolving customer requests.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Fluent in Chinese and English languages – both oral and written communication
• Previous Contact Center experience
• Ability to work towards deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize projects
• High level of accuracy and detail oriented
• Strong listening, oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel®, Word® and PowerPoint®
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools; Salesforce.com
• Familiarity and interest in the sciences and chemistry
• Cultural awareness and ability to work with a diverse group of people
