ㆍAssist local sales/marketing to develop personnel contacts with key decision makers and leaders of
business Key Accounts as a team
ㆍWork closely with the local partner companies
ㆍCollect, analyze and develop the changing local R&D environment in crop protection
ㆍAssist the development of new compounds and renewal for a range of existing and
new applications |
| Qualification |
ㆍAt least 4 ~ 5 years of industry experience in Agrochemical business (Master or above is preferred)
ㆍStrong oral, and written communication ability in English
ㆍKnowledge and competence in project management and developing strategic plans
ㆍDemonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills especially Field Development area
for co-developing with local formulator
ㆍResults-oriented with the ability to influence, network / collaborate with others and work as a team
ㆍAbility to work efficiently in a multi-functional, multi-regional teams
ㆍSelf-starter with strong initiative and teamwork skills
