1. Order Management (오더관리) 1) To receive customer orders via EDI, e-mail, fax or webvan and check if terms and conditions, PN and price are correct to minimize errors. 2) To upload/cancel orders timely and accurately in SAP. 3) To review backlog regularly and clean up overdue backlogs. 4) To file all hard copy documents and records according to company policy.
2. Delivery Management (납기관리) To daily communicate with customers for delivery plan and reschedule or expedite orders to meet customer`s delivery requests.
